Website Usage Policy

1. Introduction

This Usage Policy (the "Policy") outlines the rules and guidelines for using our website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Our Site is designed to be a "NO BAN*" platform, meaning we aim to minimize restrictions on user expression where possible. However, we enforce strict bans for illegal activity to ensure compliance with the law and protect our community. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

Users of Rabbitor understand risks. Although we go out of our way to protect users, use at your own risk. You must be over 18, and waive any right to sue Rabbitor.

2. Eligibility and Access Restrictions

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
  • Geoblocking: Access to the Site is restricted from certain regions for legal and operational reasons. Users from India and African nations are geoblocked and may not access or use the Site. Attempts to circumvent this restriction (e.g., via proxies) will result in denial of access.
  • VPN Detection: We will eventually employ security measures to identify and block VPNs, proxies, or other anonymizing tools. Use of such tools may result in immediate denial of access or account termination.
  • Account Creation: To use the Site, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Username Policies

  • Username Selection: Usernames must not infringe on trademarks, impersonate others, or engage in squatting. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign any username that conflicts with a celebrity, brand, or established identity, as this may constitute impersonation or squatting, both of which are prohibited.
  • Inactive Premium Names: A "premium name" (e.g., short, desirable, or high-value usernames) that remains inactive (no posts for 60 consecutive days) will be considered squatted and may be reclaimed by us for reassignment.
  • Impersonation: Creating accounts that mimic real individuals, organizations, or entities without authorization is strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate account termination.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

While we promote open expression, posting illegal content is strictly prohibited and will result in bans. Illegal activity is defined based on U.S. federal laws, as enforced by agencies such as the Department of Justice, FBI, and FTC. These laws are influenced by the First Amendment, which protects free speech but excludes certain unprotected categories. Illegality often requires criminal intent, interstate distribution, or violation of specific statutes. Note that civil issues (e.g., defamation) may apply but are not covered here as "illegal activity." This is not legal advice—consult an attorney for specifics.

Key categories of illegal content include:

Spam

No spamming is allowed. If you spam users' direct messages or replies, you will be banned.

Pornography

Pornography is material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity, intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings. It is not allowed on Rabbitor.

Threats of Violence or Incitement

Penalties: Up to 20–30 years

Criminal Copyright Infringement

Willful distribution of copyrighted material for gain, especially large-scale.

Penalties: Vary, up to life for drugs

Additional Notes:
  • State laws (e.g., California's Penal Code 653.2 for harassment) may apply. International laws differ.
  • AI-generated content is subject to these rules.
  • Platforms like ours may face liability for knowingly hosting illegal material (e.g., under FOSTA-SESTA).

5. Reporting and Enforcement

  • Reporting Illegal Activity: We provide "Report Illegal Activity" buttons on posts. Reports are reviewed promptly.
  • Reporting Posts: The three dots to the top-right of posts is a reporting mechanism for reporting illegal activity.
  • Reporting Messages: The flag to the top right in messages is a reporting mechanism to report Spam or illegal behavior.
  • False Reports: Submitting fake or malicious reports will result in IP logging, a warning, and potential bans for abuse of the system.
  • Bans and IP Logging: For illegal content, we implement full IP logging. IP logs are retained only briefly for enforcement but may be extended as needed for investigations.
  • Appeals: Banned users may appeal via email, but decisions are final.

6. General Prohibitions

  • No automated bots or scraping without permission.
  • No circumvention of security measures.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from use.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by U.S. law, with disputes resolved in [Your Jurisdiction] courts.
